Our Professional Planning & Service Fees

What to Expect When Working With Us

At Dream Destinations by Heather & Joe, we charge professional fees for travel planning and booking services.  These fees reflect the time, expertise, and personalized attention involved in designing, booking, and supporting each trip. 

Our fees fall into two categories:

• Planning Fees — cover research, itinerary design, comparisons, and recommendations
   
• Service-Only Fees — apply to execution services such as ticketing, changes, rebooking, and post-booking support
   

Fees are based on the scope and complexity of services requested.

All applicable fees are fully disclosed and approved before invoicing or services are performed.

 (Research & Trip Design)

Planning fees apply to the professional time spent researching options, comparing suppliers, and creating customized travel recommendations. These fees are separate from supplier pricing and may be required before travel options are presented.

While every trip is unique, planning fees generally fall within the following ranges:

• $75 — Basic planning (air-only or simple hotel research)
   
• $150 — Standard trip planning (cruises, all-inclusive resorts, most leisure travel)
   
• $250 — Complex, custom, or group planning (Europe, Disney, multi-city itineraries, destination weddings, or groups)
   

The exact planning fee is determined based on your trip details and will always be confirmed in advance.

Service-only fees vary based on the type and complexity of the request and are confirmed before any services are performed. 

Examples of services that may incur service-only fees include:

• Air ticketing for air-only bookings
   
• Changes or rebooking
   
• Cancellations assistance
   
• Schedule changes or irregular operations
   
• Name corrections
   
• Hotel-only or transfer-only bookings
   
• Other post-booking services requested
   

Any applicable service-only fees are disclosed and approved before invoicing or services are performed.
