Design Your Journey
Research & Trip Design
Planning fees apply to the professional time spent researching options, comparing suppliers, and creating customized travel recommendations. These fees are separate from supplier pricing and may be required before travel options are presented.
Typical Planning Fee Ranges

Basic Planning
Air-only or simple hotel research

Standard Trip Planning
Cruises, all-inclusive resorts, most leisure travel

Complex / Custom Planning
Europe, Disney, multi-city itineraries, destination weddings, or groups
The exact planning fee is determined based on your trip details and will always be confirmed in advance.
Booking Support
If Applicable
Service-only fees vary based on the type and complexity of the request and are confirmed before any services are performed. Examples of services that may incur service-only fees include:
- Air ticketing for air-only bookings
- Changes or rebooking
- Cancellations assistance
- Schedule changes or irregular operations
- Name corrections
- Hotel-only or transfer-only bookings
- Other post-booking services requested
Any applicable service-only fees are disclosed and approved before invoicing or services are performed.

Any fee adjustment is handled on a case-by-case basis and does not guarantee that fees will be waived or reduced for future trips. When a professional fee applies, it will always be disclosed before detailed research, planning, or booking work begins.
