Planning Your Dream Trip
Tell Us About Your Trip
Start by reaching out or completing our travel planning intake form. Share your travel goals, budget, preferred destinations, travel dates, and any special requests. The more you tell us, the better we can tailor recommendations to fit your vacation style.
Planning Fee & Trip Research
Once we review your trip details, we'll confirm the appropriate planning fee based on the complexity of your trip. After the planning fee is submitted, we begin researching travel options, comparing suppliers, and designing personalized recommendations for your vacation.
Review Your Travel Options
You'll receive carefully selected travel options that match your preferences — including details about ships, resorts, itineraries, accommodations, and pricing. We'll walk you through everything and answer any questions so you can confidently choose the vacation that's right for you.
Secure Your Reservation
Once you select your preferred option, we'll secure your reservation with the travel supplier. Deposits are typically required by the supplier to hold your booking. Payment schedules and policies are determined by the travel supplier.
Travel Preparation
As your trip approaches, we'll help you prepare with travel documentation reminders, check-in instructions, cruise boarding information, excursion suggestions, and travel tips for your destination. Our goal is to make sure you feel fully prepared before you leave.
Travel With Confidence
During your trip, you'll have the peace of mind of knowing you have a travel advisor who understands your itinerary and can assist if needed. While suppliers offer 24/7 travel support lines for urgent matters, we are always happy to assist when possible.

Supplier pricing and availability can change at any time. Our professional planning fees are separate from the cruise, resort, hotel, airfare, or vacation-package costs charged by travel suppliers. We'll explain the applicable planning fee before paid research begins.

We'll help you understand the available options and applicable promotions, but we do not guarantee that we can match every price advertised by a cruise line, online booking site, warehouse club, or competing agency.
If your only priority is finding the lowest advertised price, a self-service booking website may be the right choice. If you value personal recommendations, clear explanations, preparation help, and having a known advisor to contact, we would be happy to work with you.
